It has a small private sitting out area and stairs leading to the loft area, which is a bright and sunny area for two, with an open plan kitchen and sitting area which leads to the king room with feature bath. Horseshoe Cottage in Nordham, is one of the old ‘gardener’s cottage’ for five (or can take 2 extra beds). It has three bedrooms (one king, one twin and one single) with a bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. It has separate kitchen, dining room and sitting room. Baker’s Cottage in Hotham is C17th and grade 2 listed, with beams and stone walls. This ‘gem’ is for six and has 2 bedrooms upstairs (large double room and twin) with an upstairs bathroom with shower. The downstairs double has a small ensuite shower room. A large kitchen with table has double doors onto the garden and the large sitting room has inglenook fireplace. Gorgeous large cottage garden with patio area, bench. Parking for one car.

Hideaway in Hotham is the garden retreat next to Baker’s Cottage, a stone built ‘shepherd’s hut’ for two. It can be taken with Baker’s Cottage as extra accommodation or can be taken on its own for a perfect getaway. Private garden with table chairs and sunset bench. Parking for one car.
